What we collect

On this website we collect what you give us through the contact form (name, company, email, phone, message) and standard analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device) through Google Analytics when you accept cookies.

In the console we store your account (email, name, organisation, roles), the objects you create (workspaces, datasources, models, dashboards, conversations) and an operational log of queries (who asked what, when, how many rows, how long). The data you connect — your extracts — is stored in the object store you configure, in your cloud account.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to tell you about the product.
To run the service: sign-in, authorisation, access policies, the query log an administrator can review.
To improve the product, using aggregated usage that does not identify a person.

AI processing

When you use AI Ask, your question, the catalogue of the model you are asking (field names, labels, descriptions) and a sample of the query result are sent to the model provider configured for your deployment — by default the provider in your own cloud account (Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI or Vertex AI). We do not use your data to train models.

Where it lives

Metadata is stored in a PostgreSQL database in the region of your deployment. Extracts are stored in your object store. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties except the sub-processors needed to run the service (cloud infrastructure, the model provider you chose, email delivery for the contact form).

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete the personal data we hold about you at contact@insightaiviz.com. Console administrators can delete users, conversations and workspaces directly.

Cookies

The website uses a consent cookie and, if accepted, Google Analytics cookies. The console uses local storage for your session and per-browser conveniences (the selected workspace, table layouts); it sets no advertising cookies.
